Not working for shipping charges on checkout and cart page

It shows wrong currency conversion for shipping charges on checkout and cart page. How it can be fixed. Second thing is there any way that it also works for hard coded price on any page like we are showing $50 in top header in our website for some purpose. Please try to reply asap.

I am not using third party shipping plugin. Its woocommerce in build shipping.
In top header bar price is written in plain text only. but it does not get converted.

When you add a product and go to checkout page you can se shipping charge conversion is wrong. Default Shipping charge is $9.95 and conversion in indian rupees is 1490 something

Currency Switcher plugin started to behave strange in my website. When we add any product in cart and click on checkout, the price of the product get double automatically in checkout page. Please let me know how can I fix it . Right now the plugin is deactivated.

do you use plugins to change prices?
No I have not used any third party plugin for this purpose. I was using only this plugin to currency conversion.
