Hi there,
If my default currency is ZAR (South African Rands) and I'm using variants, is there a way to ONLY allow certain products to be paid in USD ONLY?
So all pricing for certain products should be displayed in USD and not the default ZAR?

You can try third party plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-product-by-geoip/
