Hi i'm using the abandoned cart plug in but on the back-end it only shows me carts in GBP when i have both GBP & USD set up
I've also downloaded the Barn2 discount manager to create and schedule sitewide sales but it doens't appear to have any effect on the USD prices only the GBP.
Any support or help to fix these would be greatly appreiciated!

I checked your website. Everything seems to be working correctly.
You use fixed prices - these are prices that do not change.
If you remove the fixed price for USD then the discount will apply to USD because it is no longer a fixed price - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250920155456.png

I need to use the fixed prices part of your plug in because i have different prices for GBP and for USD for 1 product.
I cannot use the set rate to covert all GBP prices to USD because our prices for each product vary from this rate.
Is there a way to work around this please?

Unfortunately, fixed prices do not change dynamically - this is their functionality and we do not have a ready-made solution for this problem.

Something that will allow me to set up sale prices across different currencies without having to go into each product individually?
I also have an issue where it will not let me set my USD price for store credit under marketing/coupons. It is enabled in the back of the fox plugin.
it will let me add a USD amount for percentage discount or discount amount but the drop down freezes when i'm trying to set up a store credit

Unfortunately, due to the way fixed prices work, this will not work with dynamic discounts or any other price change plugins.
Also, fixed prices only work with standard product types.
