Quote from @magdakozacka on February 9, 2023, 12:13Hello, I have this problem on a website that I administer. Until now, everything was fine, but for some time the plugin incorrectly converts product prices from PLN to Euro, but for customers from a special partner group (b2b). Prices in the base currency (PLN) for these users are displayed correctly. Discounts also apply correctly. Here's a screenshot.
However, when the same logged-in b2b partner user changes the currency to euro, prices appear in the basket out of nowhere - SCREEN. First, the correct discount is calculated and the price is ok (marked in green), but in the summary, the price charged and the price to pay are completely different and I don't know where it comes from.
It has been suggested to me that the problem is a conflict with a third party plugin. It seems that the WOOCS - WooCommerce Currency Switcher on this page works with WooCommerce Flexible Pricing and with the Groups plugin. Can I ask for integration or help in solving the problem. Thank you.

Yes, access to the test site is needed for adaptation
I can't tell the time, it's very hard to plan the time for third party code.
now the approximate waiting time in line is three weeks

I see. I still have a question about this test page, because I admit that I do not understand it very well. I need access details for the affected website, or should I create a new installation for testing? Sorry, but it's not clear to me :)

Quote from Pablo Borysenco on February 15, 2023, 15:21If the site is live and your customers use it, of course it is better to make a test site (clone). This is very useful not only in the case of adaptation, but also for testing updates for possible errors.
Good tool for clone - https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
