I tried to update bear through envato market plug. The plug in finds the product but does not appear the"update availiable" what do i do wrong?

OrĀ  youĀ  canĀ  deleteĀ  theĀ  oldĀ  andĀ  install theĀ  new versionĀ  ofĀ  BEAR. AllĀ  settingsĀ  will beĀ  saved

My concern is about settings. If i delete the plug in settings will be deleted too right?
