I've just installed the FOX plugin, but now when I go to an order, there are horrible discrepencies in the net payout section.

I am getting the right amount of money into my Paypal and stripe accounts,

but the figures shown in the order section don't make sense.

Here is what I see for two example orders:

Order 1:

Items Subtotal:12.80$
Order Total:12.80$
Paid:12.80$
August 4, 2024 via Visa ending in ****
Stripe Fee:-0.52$
Net payout9.28$

As you can clearly see, 12.8-0.52 is not 9.28.....

On Stripe I can see a Stripe Fee of 0.52 GBP (my base currency is GBP)

and a net amount of 9.28 GBP.

This plugin is doing the currency conversion but not showing £ sign, which is very annoying!!

 

This seems to be happening more with Stripe payments, for example look at this Paypal order:

Items Subtotal:AU$19.66
Order Total:AU$19.66
Paid:AU$19.66
August 4, 2024 via PayPal - ******@gmail.com
PayPal Fee:-AU$1.26
Net payoutAU$18.40
It shows the correct amount in the currency they paid in.
Can someone please shed some light into whats going on???

Hi thanks for your response.

I should have specified the plugin we are using as we are not use the Woocommerce made stripe gateway.

We are using “Stripe/paypal by payment plugins”.
