Multi Custom Currency

Hi, at the moment my woocommerce site has only one currency"EUR" with the symbol"€".
I would like to change the name of this currency to"EUR-IT" (€ symbol) and enable it ONLY in"Italy".
Then I would like to create a new currency"EUR-EU" (€ symbol) and enable it for all other European countries (excluding Italy).
How can I do it?

If I try to create a new CUSTOM CURRENCY calling it EUR-EU with the € symbol the system creates it but then"merges" it to the EUR one with the € symbol making it a SINGLE CURRENCY.
Could you help me? Thank you

i not know if it is important...but i'm using WPML plugin and EPO (Extra Option by ThemeComplete) plugin.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for the currency code to be repeated. If you create a currency with a non-existent code then it will be impossible to make a payment and the aggregators will not work
