Hi there, one of our customer buy 5562 Japan Yen; he was charge from our portal (bank) 5562 US dollars. I cannot find what cause that, thanks to let me know if can help.

What payment system do you use?

Your bank account may not support multiple currencies

Yes, we are in underdeveloped country and banking system is catastrophic. We switch the checkout back to usd. Thanks. If you have any other idea, welcome.
