Meta ACF options not registering

I've got some of my ACF registering selections but two are not showing items with options checked.
They show the options but having 0 products even though there should be many in each meta group. Am I missing something? Is there a way to force a re-scan?

You may have incorrectly added meta fields.
What plugin version are you using?
We are using Version 2.2.6.3 . We had the latest version but it wasn't working so we tried matching all of the settings to a different install that we've used this on.

All set. I've got all of the info in the private info tab and everything updated.

It looks like the data for this field is stored in serialized arrays. Plugin won't work with serialized arrays
