MDTF ver. 2.3.1?

I purchased, download and update the MDTF plugin today using FTP server and renaming meta-data-filter to meta-data-filter-old. Before this update my MDTF version was 2.2.4 and after update it's 2.3.1 which looks rather strange as the latest ver. should be 1.3.1
The reason I decided to update the plugin - it just stopped working after update to the latest WP ver. 6.1.1 and updating theme to the latest version Rehub ver. 18.7. So when I try to add a new filter by pressing append/prepend it just doesn't react at all and the same when I try to choose a category from any post to add data (the same happens when I try to add a new post). This is rather strange because I have this plugin on other sites with the same set of plugins and everything working just fine. In case it's some know incompatibility issue with some plugin here are my installed plugins:

FTP+wp-admin access for my site? I'm not going to provide this data to anyone, please provide support in other ways.
