Dear Support,

we are using the MDTF Filter Plugin on our website and have activated a slider named"Flowrate" with the setting"Search inside range" to use a single slider for product search.

However, this function does not seem to work correctly. When the slider for example is set to a value such as 10ml/s and then filtered, the page remains empty and no products are displayed, even though 2 products should be displayed in this case.

The other filters we have created with MDTF seem to be working fine.

We are using WordPress version 6.3.3 and the latest version of the MDTF plugin, version 1.3.3.

We do not receive any specific error message; instead, the page does not display any products.

Thank you very much for your prompt feedback and for your proposed solution.
I used version 1.3.3.

I have implemented the setting you recommended, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. Instead, the"self" setting overrides the default"search" option, resulting in a completely blank page. I have documented this in the following PDF with screenshots:

However, what I discovered today is that the slider works correctly in version 1.2.8 of the MDTF plugin with the same settings. You can verify this on our website with the slider in version 1.2.8: https://shop.digmesa.com/

The issue with the slider occurred after updating to version 1.3.3 and was also reproduced in version 1.3.3.1.

It would be great if we could use the plugin in the latest version, as we are convinced that it is a very good plugin and does exactly what we need.

After implementing your suggestions, I have found that everything works flawlessly with the older version 1.2.8. Unfortunately, the problems persist after updating to version 1.3.3.1. I regret to inform you that I have very limited time this week to delve deeper into the system.

However, it is worth noting that the customer is satisfied with the current solution.
