Hello! I have (site http://www.lugas.lv) the same problem that is described here, I tried the 2nd way, but it didn't work. Can you tell me more about this way -"In the file wp-content\plugins\meta-data-filter\views\shortcode\meta_data_filter.php on the same bottom uncomment code wp_reset_query(); and try is the filter still works and pagination is ok."
And I also have problem with categories- some time ago it was possible to choose sub- category, now the filter doesn't show them - for users. When I login as an admin I see all categories and subcategories, so anything is not deleted.

Version 1.3.0.1 . Our page isn't online shop, we use filter to help different kind of theaters filter plays for them (not commercial website)

and drop me screenshots of the widget settings
