MDTF is not working anymore (jQuery Compatibility after WP Upgrade?)

I've only been watching the individual problem descriptions for this issue for a good 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I could not find a workable solution to this. Next Friday we will go online with a site and I would be very grateful to you to get a solution for the problem.
As already described in other tickets, neither the filter on the website works (fully), nor can the options for it be changed. By clicking on the options (categories) in the widget, you jump to the top of the page. Therefore, it is no longer possible to change the settings. I would like to work without a filter button and display the checkboxes completely expanded.
Would you have a solution for this?
Installed Version: Wordpress 5.6 / MDTF Plugin: Version 2.2.7
