Hello,

I am experiencing a layout regression and template rendering conflict on my WooCommerce shop running the Astra theme.

The Issues:

  1. When applying price filters, the page layout breaks. The container width collapses from the full shop archive width to a narrow standard page/post layout.

  2. AJAX filtering execution does not seem to work.

  3. Filtering by standard WooCommerce product attributes: the page shows a product image and a"No products found" notice above the product grid.

My Environment Details:

  • WordPress Version: 6.x

  • WooCommerce Version: Latest

  • Theme: Astra Pro

  • Filter Plugin: WOOF / HUSKY (in AJAX mode with autosubmit)

Hello Melissa

Thank you for the detailed description and the screenshots.

We checked your shop at cynoland.com, and the filter works well there. The site runs HUSKY version 2.2.9.4, which is very outdated. Since it works fine on that site, we recommend leaving it as it is for now.

Your screenshots seem to come from a different copy of the site with the Astra Pro theme. To understand what is going wrong there, we need to see it ourselves. From the description and the screenshots alone, it is not clear what causes these issues. Please share the link to the site where we can see the problems in the private section of this ticket.

Please also provide a valid license (purchase code) for the plugin.

Thank you for credentials you provided, they are works, but you also forgot to place purchase code and update the plugin to the latest version 3.4.6 - on the stage site you provided very old version https://products-filter.com/changelog and a lot of fixes done for 4 years, so make update before we continue please ...
