Your custom code is not working correctly, in this case delete it OR hire a developer to fix your code
First of all, you gained a bad review. Hope it helps to others that will consider this plugin.
Since i paid a support i don't need to hire a developer, even i am and i don't want to make another edits on your code, since i only made aesthetics edits on your CSS and it's not about functional code.
So, please fix all the problems i have on the website or i will report and ask a refund to Envato.
I proved in the video that the problem belongs to your custom code( i only made aesthetics edits on your CSS ) - Remove it and everything will work fine.
It's not my fault that your code is not working correctly. Also, the support does not include a fix for third-party code. For my part, I did my job well, I found the reason and showed that this is your code.

I'm not your developer and I shouldn't fix your code and set up your business. I am the filter plugin support worker and this plugin works correctly without your customizations. And it looks like you're threatening to get free fixes for your code.
