We can not seem to bulk edit variations in a client store. We are seeing the red error symbol and non-editable - see below.

Any help would be appreciated.

It looks like these fields basically do not exist in the context of the variant.

For example, product variants cannot have taxonomies (categories, tags) and do not have the ability to select attributes

Variations in principle should not and cannot contain this data. It doesn't depend on my plugin

As mentioned in multiple emails sent via that contact/feedback form, we can not make the plugin work for us and asked for a simple refund request? Can you not provide an email address even?? We will make contact with Envato as getting nowhere here...

If yes, please describe it in more detail.  If you mean this request - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240417105716.png This is independent of our plugin. You are trying to edit fields that do not exist, but this is not possible! And this is not a plugin problem, it’s just that this type of product does not have such fields and you cannot change this in any editor. It's impossible to change something that doesn't exist

Yes, you have explained and as mentioned we bought a plugin that is of no use to us and we are asking simply for a refund, this is simply good customer service and many companies would offer a refund if the product is not working out for us.

We will contact Envato and feedback on our experience will be left.

Terrible service, long waits with support via a form, with no understanding for your customers!

Hello, I just review this support ticket and by dates I see support agent answered you in time and correctly according to support rules, + all your requests trough contact form declined, because contact form is not for support requests anymore and above that contact form you can see notice in red colors:"Do not use this contact form for support about the plugins"

We have now raised the request with Envato, the plugin is not the solution for us and we want a refund - how hard is it to provide a customer with a refund if the product is not working for them?? Common practice to offer customers good service with a bit of understanding...
