Hi, we have a tour company, we have had a few issues with customers not being able to pay the correct amounts. Our currency settings are set to pay us in Thai baht, our local currency, yet today, the customer tried to pay 300 Euro, and we received 270 baht or & Euro. I have checked other posts, our Maxmind keys are valid and have been in there from the start. We keep having to apologise to our customers and then sending them payment links for the balance they were not charged.

Geolocation set in Woocommerce options

Until recently we have not had any issues with this. I read something on your Forum about Litespeed cache settings, we have a Litespeed server, do we need to do this?https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lsws/cp/cpanel/geoip/

We have not had any issues what so ever before and have not changed any settings .

Would customers using a VPN, effect this GEO and currency data in any way??

So far the issue has been from customers from Europe

What version number of the plugin  do you use?

Hi, yes I read both of those links before submitting this ticket. It seems there is a conflict with your plugin and Litespeed cache, we are on Litespeed servers. We have had Maxmind keys set from the beginning so no issue there. Based on your reply and link you are suggesting that we set our Geo in Woocommerce settings to Geo page with caching support, but I have read quite a few issues arise from using this setting? AND, this also needs to be communicated to our hosting company, so they can assist with server settings? Litespeed plugin in seems it is a known issue and similar issues were reported in WordPress support forums. It's an issue with the currency switcher/cache plugin conflict.

Your plugin version we have is at 2.3.7

In the Geo

The customer went to this tour https://www.phuketdreamcompany.asia/tours/james-bond-island-big-boat/?currency=THB

Then changed the currency from Thai baht to EURO

Added 5 Adults to the Adult ticket number

Proceeded to booking

The amount was then checked out as the EURO amount 270,10 EURO, BUT, The Currency was in Thai Baht, so they were only charged 270,10 Thai baht. It should have been 9,995.00 Thai Baht

Tried to set our Geo in Woocommerce settings to Geo page with caching support, cleared site cache and Cloudflare cache, no change, still the issue persists.

OK thank you, I just manually updated the plugin and on Version 2.4.0, is that supposed to fix my issue then?

Now that I have just updated to plugin Version 2.4.0, all of my currency data has gone, and ALL currencies show"No Data available for each"

Perhaps you just mixed up in inserting the license key for another product, please check it
