I am using WOOCS and I have 10 additional currencies. I am using GTranslate for making more language versions. Overall WOOCS works very well for my website. But sometimes something strange happens. I will tell you the lass problem.

My main currency is the euro and the product is 34.9 euro for the main language version. A client from Romania saw on the website the Romanian price of 19.9 euro (99.9 RON) and he decided to buy it. After that, he saw that his debit card has charged 34.9 euro and contacted us with disappointment about this issue. This issue has happened several times.

Could you please suggest a solution to this problem? This is quite important to our business.

Are you sure that the Discount plugin makes issues with your WOOCS? The problem order I told you for, has only 1 item and the discount plugin has no worked for it.

Are you sure that the Discount plugin makes issues with your WOOCS? - Yes, there is a high probability that a third-party plugin that influences prices may cause a conflict

 

I tried to update the plugin to version 2.4.0 but it failed. see the screenshot

I gave access to the admin panel. Could you try to update the plugin?

If you cannot update as described in the article - delete  the  old  version  and  install the new  version(all settings  will be saved)

I deleted the plugin and install the lastest version. I hope the issue will disappear.
