Issue with tax

Hi, issue with Tax not getting calculated.

Strange but Sometimes Tax value get double reduced. for Non Logged in customer. If manually entered address for checkout, then tax and totals shows right.
eg: price entered at backend including tax price is 299 INR, Tax rate 18% set in variable product.
Shop displays : 253.39 (before tax) and other similar product 214.74. (double tax reduced)
At the backed price was entered 299.
Tax structure (I've multiple tax rates based on product)
same state billing in India: CGST 9% + SGST 9% (had to show breakup) (total 18%)
billing to other state in India: IGST 18%
Other countries 0% tax
Base country India, default currency INR 1.
currency switching if working fine, but seems some conflict causing tax not displaying in front end.
I've tried disabling plugins, but no change.
Only when logged in user or in checkout page when address is entered, tax shows up correctly.
set Tax based on Customer Geolocate.
I've Cleared the transients in WooCommerce > Status > Tools but no change.

Yes you can disable plugins. But do not delete any. I'll loose data. I've DB backup though.
All products have issues.

I've disabled all plugins and theme, used twenty twenty theme. and Woocommerce Only.
It shows correct calculation, BUT when using Woocs plugin, prices changes again (wrong prices).
So seems there is no conflict with other plugin or theme, but issue with tax calculation using woocs.
in test.customgiftings right now enabled Theme+Woocommerce+Woocs plugin. - login info are same but path (sharing in private)

There are some plugin currency switcher I was reading, it has option to enable or disable prices display including tax . Can you add such option?

I've figured it out. It was the configuration issue. Geoip need country setting. I was using Country with State names.
so I have to added country with * as state and set priority accordingly.
Can you please look at front end if you see correct now?
