"Hi guys, we have a serious issue here. 2 guys bought a virtual gift card in MYR and the system did't recognised as MYR and converted to USD. It's working fine previously, it seems like the currency converter no longer work for gift card?"

The issue seems not to be caused by any plugin. I checked the gift card product and it was only created as a normal virtual product. Can you do further investigation please? it seems that the value being used is USD instead of the converted RM

I cannot give you any recommendations because you need customization of the code. I don't know the third party plugin code
Were you able to read through the issue? How sure are you that this is a 3rd party? It seems to me that there was no plugin used. I am assuming that they created the gift card as a downloadable product. Regardless of the plugin or just the base product of woocommerce, cant you provide any other insights? Anything on the setting of price?
