Hello Fox Currency Pro Support Team,

I am using Woocommerce+Marketking(b2bking) multivendor +Fox Currency pro. Here the base currency is USD. when a custom order with BDT currency, on the vendor dashboard it shows base currency instead of BDT currency. and after complete order it shows on processing. not go to the final finish on the vendor dashboard. How to solve this problem ?

Problems I am facing:

  1. I created a Bangladesh GeoIP profile and set the currency to BDT.
    → However, after refreshing the site, it always reverts back to USD instead of staying in BDT.

  2. I enabled the option “Save order in customer-selected currency”, but still, the order is saved in USD in the backend (and shown as USD in MarketKing vendor dashboard).

  3. As a result, customers see BDT on the frontend and WooCommerce admin Dashboard but vendor dashboards always fallback to USD.

Example case:

  • Customer orders in BDT → shows ৳202.95 on the frontend.

  • Vendor dashboard shows the same order as $202.95 (USD instead of BDT).

  • WooCommerce admin dashboard shows correctly in BDT (৳202.95).

  • Vendor commission section shows:

    • Vendor: Robin Enterprise

    • Commission: $200.49 (wrong)

    • Correct should be: BDT 2.46 (≈ USD 0.02) after conversion.

My request:

  • How can I make BDT stay fixed for the Bangladesh GeoIP profile (without reverting to USD)?

  • How to ensure orders are actually stored in BDT, not just displayed?

  • If a compatibility patch or custom hook is required for MarketKing (B2BKing) Multivendor, kindly provide guidance.

This issue is currently blocking vendors from handling orders correctly.
Please advise on the correct settings or provide a fix.

order currency not converting with Base currency.

Example order:

Order currency: BDT 
USD
BDT
 [?]
Base currency: USD
Order currency rate: 122  [?]
Total amount: 323.30 BDT

here total converted amount should be in USD  2.65

how to solve this problems ?
