Issue with dropdown switcher in header

I am having some issue with the dropdown switcher I added to the header of my page.
1- I have added this code to the header.php
<?php echo do_shortcode('[woocs sd=1]')?>
I cannot to place it in the right place ( see screenshot)
I want to place it inline next to My Account menu... [CURRENCY SWITCHER] [MY ACCOUNT]
But it looks like this after I added shortcode to header.php
It pushes My Account menu down
2- After I added it, it breaks the My Account dropdown menu next to it.
The menu won't open anymore
3- When I switch pages, I see some blue dots going back and forth
Is there a way to remove that, and make the dropdown static throughout the site?

This is a conflict with theme styles
Please add CSS:

vertical-align: top;
display: inline-block;
}

I was able to align it to the header on the mobile, had to use !important and play with the
.selectron23-container {
width: 215px !important;}
in addition with what you recommended.
I am having another issue with the price display.
In the setting, I chose not to display the decimal point (.00)
When I look at a product, it looks right($160), but in My Chart and Checkout page, it display the decimal point (.00) for all currencies ($160.00).
