Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased your FOX - Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce plugin under the Regular License (Purchase Code: PRIVATE DATA!on 18th Sep 2024 as per Dubai Date).

While configuring the plugin, I encountered the following issues:

  1. Currency Switcher Display Issue:
    • The currency switcher option appears on the website as expected, but it does not change the prices on the home page, product pages, or product option or the main shop page. No matter which currency is selected, the prices remain the same, which defeats the purpose of having the switcher.
  2. Incorrect Conversion Rates on Checkout:
    • During checkout, I noticed a serious issue where 1 AED/INR  is being converted to thousands of dollars, which is incorrect. This happens despite the conversion rates being set correctly in the plugin settings. I have already ensured that the rates are up-to-date and configured the plugin to update them automatically, but the issue persists.

Given that I’ve already verified the plugin settings and the conversion rates appear accurate in the backend, I suspect there may be a bug affecting the price display and calculation.

Could you kindly look into this issue and provide guidance on how to resolve it? Any assistance would be appreciated as this is affecting the functionality of our store.

Hello Usman

You use a third-party template to display pricing. And it looks like this template uses custom functionality to price the product. This plugin is designed for woocommerce.  And similar in this reason not working correctly on the checkout page. This is similar to double conversion

Thank you for your response.

Just to clarify, I am not using a custom template. I am using the TravelBird - Travel Booking Tour WordPress Theme by ThemeRox, which is fully compatible with WordPress and WooCommerce. The issue we are facing should not be related to custom functionality, as this theme is specifically designed to integrate seamlessly with WooCommerce.

Could you please investigate further to identify the exact cause of the issue on the checkout page?

OK!  Please activate another theme and disable this third-party plugin TravelBird  and do a test
