Quote from makeitrane on August 21, 2020, 11:35Hi there,
I posted about this a few weeks back and then tried to post a follow up yesterday but I can't see that post now so I thought I would try again.
At this time the site is using WooCommerce Currency Switcher to display a base currency of EUR with a second option for GBP. Everything is fine when displaying the prices in EUR but as soon as I convert to GBP things begin to break as shown here.
I have tried disabling all plugins apart from Woo and the Currency Switcher but the problem persisted. I also deleted my custom javascript scripts just in case they might have been causing conflict somewhere but that didn't fix it either.
I can confirm that this behaviour is only happening in the DOM. The prices appear to be OK when viewing the source code directly. Any help here at all would be greatly appreciated.

Did you do this test - https://c2n.me/48Qc3bU.png
It looks like third-party software is calling the price 12 times
Please drop me screenshots of the plugin settings

Yes one of the first things I ddi after you responded to my initial query is I deactivated every plugin apart from Woo and the Currency Switcher. I also removed my custom javascript file to make sure that wasn't causing any issues. With everything deactivated I will still getting the prices repeating as shown in my examples.
Here are the settings.
I have nothing set for the remaining tabs.
Many thanks :)

I did some test.
It looks like a third party JS is causing this error. Please check this video - https://c2n.me/48R0bEe - as you can see the prices are loading correctly, after the third party script changes it. You can check it here - https://c2n.me/48R0pPi.png
So it looks like the problem is in your site. Try to install another theme ( this script must be located somewhere )

Thank you for taking the time to look at this. At least it's not an issue with the plugin. I will have to investigate more on my end to see if I can resolve this.
I appreciate your time on this.

You can try this option - https://c2n.me/48RFhag.png - then my plugin will redraw prices

I actually was able to get the issue resolved. Once you showed that it wasn't the plugin and mentioned that it might the theme I investigated further. Swapping the theme did indeed cause the plugin to behave correctly. So I looked further at my code and found some Javascript that I was adding via a hook in the functions.php file that was causing the issue. I removed the code and the rates worked perfectly. So it was actually my own fault that this was happening. I apologise for any inconvenience I have caused you but I am also thankful that you helped me troubleshoot this.
