I have purchased the FOX - WooCommerce Currency Switcher Professional (WOOCS) plugin from CodeCanyon.
I’m facing an issue where some currencies (for example, INR and other added currencies) are showing 0 value or incorrect exchange rate after using the Currency Wizard.
My base currency is BHD, and I have added several currencies including SAR, AED, KWD, QAR, and INR.
I expected the exchange rates to update automatically, but it’s not converting properly for some currencies. Could you please help me fix this issue?
Here are a few details that may help:
WordPress version: 6.8.3
WooCommerce version: 9.8.5
WOOCS Pro version: 2.4.3.1

Please by video or/and by screens describe options of FOX you used. As I undertood you mean currency agregator rates. I just checked Yahoo currency agregator on our dev site and its works fine.
You can provide actual purchase code in the private area of this ticket and wp-admin access to the site to make tests

Looks like problem is in yahoo agregator when currency QAR is basic currency. So I did experiment with another https://currencyapi.com/ - I got their key and placed it as currency agregator https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20251113130542.png and now its works on my side also and your
Please got and insert your own key from here https://currencyapi.com/ - its free, I did tests with my free key to show you the way
And one more thing - you set ask rate for each 5 minutes, its no problem with yahoo, but for free with currency API you have 300 requests per month, its about 10 requests for a day, so set there twicedailily or each 2 hours

Thanks! It’s working now. However, there’s a limitation with the API key from currencyapi.com
— it allows only one key, which might cause issues later.
My base currency is BHD (Bahraini Dinar).
If I add other currencies in the future, will it cause any issues?
Also, could you please confirm whether users will be able to checkout in the currency they select from the WOOCS dropdown?

- No problem if you will create new account there using another email for another your new shop if you will need it
- Not sure for 100% it will be without problems, but that service works fine, it's worth spending a little money on it, so I think it will work fine - if currency will exists in reality that service know about it :)
whether users will be able to checkout in the currency - yes, I just looked again your demo site settings
Another question is: will payment gates be ready to accept their money in the selected currency? If you uses PayPal for example - not all currencies are supported by them, here is the list of it: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/reports/reference/paypal-supported-currencies/ .So, yes, you can alow to your customers to pay in their selected currencies, and here Is my confirmation, further processes, as payment on chekout is alsready functionality of that payment gates you are going to use, and you should get info for each currency related compatibility
