Is there an equivalent of Payments rules for the Cart?

Hi,
I’m using the “Payments Rules” feature to hide certain payment methods on the checkout page based on the selected currency. Since we sell high-value items, I only want to accept PayPal in EUR and USD due to their unfavorable exchange rates.
The rule works well, and PayPal now only appears at checkout when either EUR or USD is selected as the currency.
However, I previously had a PayPal button in the cart, which I had to remove to ensure the rule was effective—otherwise, customers could bypass the restriction by using PayPal directly from the cart.
My question is: Is there a built-in function that allows the same currency-based restriction for the cart? I’m now receiving complaints from US customers who can’t find PayPal.
If needed, I’m open to adding custom code in functions.php if you have a quick fix.

Unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature and we don't have a ready-made solution for you
