Hello

Please  use  correct currency  codes - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_4217#Active_codes

I did use the correct active code, still am getting same error.

I believe as I explain earlier, it not identify the currency base which is"BHD"

am still waiting for your response.

if this cannot be resolved, kindly issue refund as I'll not able to use this plugin with such error

Hello,

I have updated the Currency yes did work but I got issue, my online payment portal accept only BHD, so If I change the currecny to SAR"Saudi Riyal" to goes to online portal as"SAR" which online portal dose not accept, it has to be only BHD, how can I set it up to be"BHD as base currency

Hello

how can I set it up to be"BHD as base currency - https://c2n.me/49cfIzw.png - to set base  currency

To pay only in one (base)currency - https://c2n.me/49cfYgF.png

Or  use  this - https://currency-switcher.com/force-currency-on-checkout-page/

Hello,

If I disabled"is multiple allowed" that whole currency in Checkout page convert the base currency, which is wrong.

only transaction part should be in"BHD" however the customer currency should be remain, because I have already notified the customer that support only"BHD" but for better experience we provide multiple currencies.

Hello

Payment will always be in the currency displayed on the checkout page. And this is the correct behavior.

If you want to change the currency in a transaction, you need to customize your payment system.

But it doesn't depend on my plugin, the currency switcher only controls the currency up to the checkout page

Hello,

There's already currency plugins support this functionality, guess this plugin won't be useful for me, this the current requirements I need it.

let me know how I can process for refund

Hello

Unfortunately, incompatibility with a third-party payment system(change of currency in a bank transaction) is not a reason for refund

Yes, its I cannot process the payment … due your plugin limitation

even this is not clarify within your plugin description, I have read it over and over I couldn't fined part you which you  describe this ..

https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-currency-switcher

please refer to the part you have mention this .... its not available based on Evanto rule .. I eligible for refund

Hello

its I cannot process the payment … due your plugin limitation - No! Because your payment system accepts only one currency.  It doesn't depend on my plugin! To accept payments in different currencies, your bank account must support these currencies

If you disagree with me please open a dispute on envato

P.S. You understand that if a user wants to pay in USD but BHD will be charged from his bank account, it looks bad.

logically, is American Bank accept Bahrain Dinar"BHD", They're not ? Even Strip one of largest online payment provide dose not support BHD.. .is their mistake ?

it's simple fact that some banks doesn't support all the currencies and you cannot enforce the banks based on your logic …

Am using other plugin to process the same scenario, but based one your plugin reputation I have decided to use... which I am really regarting that...

You don't want to admit it bug on your side, and I don't have time to waste on this neither dispute...

if you decide to refund thank you or no...

please rest assure that am not going to use due to this limitation

Hello

My plugin does not affect bank accounts.

You must understand that if a bank account accepts only one currency, then the user from his account(any another bank)  must pay in this currency as well. And hiding payment currency from users is a very bad practice. And we will never go for it.

you're contradicting yourself ... that was your line

" because your payment system accepts only one currency. It doesn't depend on my plugin! To accept payments in different currencies, your bank account must support these currencies"

And after I have respond to you, it changed to following

You must understand that if a bank account accepts only one currency, then the user from his account

Again, You CANNOT enforce your logic and wrong other people based on it, this solution in working in major sites in world such as Souq and Noon... go ahead and check them out...

You took our money and give nothing other just excuses and contradictions

Hello

you're contradicting yourself  -  ???  Read it again please.  There is no contradiction! Everything is very logical! And I'm sorry that you don't understand this

" because your payment system accepts only one currency. It doesn't depend on my plugin! To accept payments in different currencies, your bank account must support these currencies"

Your bank account only accepts one currency! And no plugins (any plugins  ) can change that!

"You must understand that if a bank account accepts only one currency, then the user from his account(any another bank)  must pay in this currency as well."

Transactions between banks take place without plugins and your site at all!  And your bank will ask for payment from the user's bank in this currency.  What are the contradictions here?

Clearly you don't want to refund sometime you blame banks for not opening multiple currencies sometime you telling its not correct to foul users,

all of this so you don't do to refund...I hope this subject kept to people to judge and to see you response logic how its changes... and most importantly how you have steal my money and refuse to return it back... shame on you

Hello

Do not blame me! And control yourself.

I disagree with you.  And I wrote to you several times  - open a dispute on envato - This will be fair. They will decide which of us is right.
