when the plugin is deactivated, the order is executed. When activating the plugin, an error pops up.

The currency switcher is on all the pages you gave.
To display the currency switcher you use"Side Switcher" - this has nothing to do with the shortcode [woocs show_flags=1 txt_type="desc" style=1]

вопрос такой, клиенту, что бы он был здоровый, не нравится правая боковая панель. я ее заменил через шорткод.

возможно ли такое, что через шорткод не сохраняется валюта при переходе по страницам, которые я указал в верху.
там очень много проблем. и возможно это не имеет никакого отношения к плагину.

Нет, не имеет значение что переключает валюту. По факту это просто делает GET запрос: currency=UAH
Любой переключатель будет делать такой запрос.
Проблема может быть в кешировании.
