Hi, when I try to install the plugin, I get the following information.

 

"The target folder already exists.

home/scoopperqb/ftp/bsiteagency/bsiteagency/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/"

 

Do you know what could be the reason for this?

Delete the old/free version of the plugin and install the new/paid version of the plugin

Hello

But this message shows that you already have this plugin installed.

if you do not see this plugin in the list, then go to the plugins folder using FTP  and  delete - home/scoopperqb/ftp/bsiteagency/bsiteagency/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/
