Quote from denis2020 on December 5, 2019, 04:32After purchasing the product from Envato site, I downloaded it, installed it on my website and got this below error message, what I do now?
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: codecanyon-XKLjvNd4-woof-woocommerce-products-filter-wordpress-plugin.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… Destination folder already exists. /home/chicsele/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ Plugin installation failed. Return to Plugin Installer The plugin seems to be installed but when I check my website (chichselect.ca) product pages the filter is not always shown the same way, this is weird. How can I check if the premium version has been correctly installed ? By the way, the button to enter private information is really not place to let us see it easily. In my case it was on the right side of the screen and way outside the text column so really hard to notice.the written column

Quote from denis2020 on December 5, 2019, 13:13Ok the installation when well this time but there is no difference with before. The version installed is 2.2.3 My website is chicselect.ca
If you look at the product pages under MEN menu, you will see that the filter is not the same in all pages. I should see the filtering elements
Product brand Hue
Product UCWF colors
It does partly for the POLO product page. Any suggestions to fix that ?
Besides where can I find detailed information about the color settings because there is not much in you documentation.

Quote from denis2020 on December 8, 2019, 17:44Here are the pages not showing the filter the same way
https://chicselect.ca/product-category/men/shirts/long-sleeve/
https://chicselect.ca/product-category/men/polo-t-shirts/polo-shirts/
in the last one you can see "Product Brand Hue" which is not in the first one.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
But there is not clear documentation explaining how to use Color.
Here is my objective. When I add a product I want to be able to select 1 or 2 or 3 colors for that product, unfortunately I do not know how to do it with your product. However, if I add the plugin "Ultimate Woocommerce filter" it add a color section in the Add or Edit product page where I can select the color I want.
Can I do that with your plugin ?

no products with this attribute for the current category - You can check option - https://c2n.me/450ndB0.png
This is a normal attribute. So add it as a normal attribute of the product( https://c2n.me/450nAXc.png ). It doesn’t depend on my plugin.

Quote from denis2020 on December 10, 2019, 19:21The attribute does not do what I want. What I want is a kind of tag that I could name Product_Hue and I would be able to created many colors for that tag. So when I would let's say add a shirt, I want to be able to select that the shirt has white, blue and black colors. So if the customer filter based on the color white, or blue or black, then that shirt will be listed because it contains at least one of the color selected by the customer.
Ultimate Woocommerce Filter does it. You should do it to. It adds a section in the right side of the Edit Page product that allow me to select any color I want as a kind of tag and it shows the color not only the text label of that color.
If I use Color as an attribute then my shirt has only one color while in reality it may come in many colors. Those additional colors must be filter conditions too.
Am I clear enough ?

Quote from denis2020 on December 10, 2019, 21:28Ultimate Woocommerce filter adds a "Color" submenu under the Tag submenu in the Product menus. The Color submenu allows to create a list of selectable colors shown as a new section in the Edit Product page. It is really useful

Ok! This plugin does not manage or add data. This is just a filter that works with ready-made taxonomies and meta data.

Do you think that you will consider to add that feature to your filter ? It would be a useful one.

But that goes beyond the concept of our plugin.
