Hi,

I'm using the pro version of the plugin.
I bought the plugin via Envato.

This is my client's website and it's not been updated for a while. WordPress version is 5.2.9
Woocommerce 3.7.1
Currency Switcher 2.3.0

I know that updating to the latest version could probably solve my issue but this is urgent and there are lots of things to update. So this is not possible right now. I'm looking for a quick solution.

I shared the link in the private data.

You will see that there is no problem with the default currency Turkish Lira. You both see the regular prices crossed out, and the sale price. But when you change the currency to EUR or USD, there is only the sale price showing.

Can you please help?

  1. I'm afraid of compatibility problems. Does the latest version work with woocommerce 3.7.1?
    I was actually looking for a quick PHP code to insert, or something to change in the plugin code like this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/problem-with-individual-price-based-on-user-role-2/
  2.  Also, I'm using the finale lite plugin to apply a 25% discount on selected categories. It applied to the default currency (TRY) but it didn't work with the EUR and USD. Is it because I set individual fixed prices?

I updated to the latest version but it's still the same. As I mentioned earlier, I'm applying a 25% discount via Finale Lite plugin. But when EUR/USD currencies are on, products look like they are not on sale although they are on sale. There is no sale badge over the images, nor the regular price showing up crossed over. But on default currency, they look on sale, which is normal and expected. I know that your plugin works with Finale lite. Here is the link:

When I check the code, I saw that it's already added to the original plugin code by the plugin author.

I don't know what to do now.

Hello

Fixed prices are prices that do not change.  Yes, most likely this is incompatibility with a third-party plugin.

I'm not sure if we can make it compatible with fixed prices
