Increase price by country as a global % rule

Because of the US tariffs, we'll have to increase the price by 15% for US customers. We cannot create a secondary currency because the USD currency is linked to our physical store ERP/CRM.
The only solution we have is to increase the currency by country only for US.
I saw you have done a similar thing in the past https://pluginus.net/support/topic/increase-price-by-country-as-a-global-rule/, and I'm sure that can help us as well, maybe with some minor tweaks.

We already have fixed pricing rules for USD, but the currency is used for multiple countries. We want to increase the price only for US customers. If you can lead to a hook to geotargeting or something, will be very useful.
