1) Plugins.net support forum issues

We're experiencing a few problems using your Support Forum. We are unable to reply to your posts and you indicated in our previous post that there is no place to add our purchase code. Well this does not appear on our browser, so not sure why this is happening. There is an option on the new post (this one) but not on our old post... Incidentally the option to add private data only showed on this post when we actually submitted the post, is that correct?
