Hi,

Let me describe the issue by means of replicating the order details here (with line # annotation for reference):

  1. Items Subtotal      US$417.36
  2. Coupon(s):           -US$104.34
  3. Shipping:                   US$0.00
  4. Order Total:           US$313.02
  5. Paid:                        US$313.02
  6. Stripe Fee:               -US$14.01
  7. Stripe Payout:       US$458.63

The currency label on lines 6 & 7 are incorrect and confusing.  They should have been A$ (for AUD - our base currency) as per the following calculation:

  1. The exchange rate (USD/AUD) on the day was 0.66228
  2. Therefore the amount paid of US$313.02 should be A$472.64
  3. Minus A$14.01 should yield A$458.63.

Please can you help me rectify the problem, thanks.

What plugin version number are you using?

Do you use a third party plugin for stripe payment system?

Do you use a third party plugin for stripe payment system? Ans: WooCommerce Stripe Gateway v6.8.0
