Hi, I'm using your plugin in conjunction with YITH Gif Cards Premium in order to aloud my costumers to gift one of my products to somebody. The problem is that when someone add the gift card to the cart and go to the checkout it doesn't show the full price but a part of it. It's like the plugin is doing the currency conversion twice.

Here is the url so you can experience the issue. USD is my second currency and I have a few more, the problem persist in all of them except the main one.

Simply clic in"Regala este producto" and fill the form. Then clic on"Comprar tarjeta de regalo" and you will be redirected to the checkout page. And you can see the amount should be $20 but instead is $0.26

You are using WOOCS without a license  and ask us for support.  We do not work with pirated versions

I saw which version you used.

I do not know where you got this version, but I strongly recommend that you delete it and check the site with an antivirus

You are using a pirated version of the plugin. In this case, I cannot guarantee you anything

But I strongly recommend that you remove the pirated version of the plugin and check your website and database for viruses

Pablo I think we are not understanding each other

The version of WOOCS - WooCommerce Currency Switcher that I'm using is the one AVAILABLE FOR FREE IN THE WORDPRESS PUBLIC REPOSITORY.

Now the YITH plugin that I'm referring here too, is from a GPL Reseller. Is not a pirate version, as you may know GPL License are valid licences for a lot of softwares related with Wordpress.

So please, confirm me. Do I need to purchase a WOOCS license in order for you to solve this problem? If yes, I would do it right away.

Hi Pablo, I have purchase the premium version of WOOCS and updated the information in the private data toggle.

Hope you can find a solution to this incompatibility. All plugins and Wordpress are updated.

If there is anything I can do to accelerate the process let me know.

Hello

first: remove this plugin that you downloaded from an unofficial source. Check website for virus containment.

Update the plugin to the latest version 2.3.3.1

Add FTP access

And I will add this to the adaptation queue
