In stock Filter Not working Properly

Our product variations are created from 2 attributes color and size. we have issue when user selects in_stock with Color attribute
TEST SCENERIO

This product has stock , but when selecting InStock it yields no return.
FURTHER TEST
I went to this page. https://www.lowa.ca/en/product-category/men/all-terrain-sport-men/ There are 6 colors available.
Scenario 1: If I click the color “0999 BLACK” then I click In stock The product disappear. This is weird.
Scenario 2: I click “In stock” All colors disappear from the side bar. This is weird.
Scenario 3: I click “9” I click “In stock” All colors disappear from the side bar.
WHAT WE WANT
1. we would Love that the plugin should work properly with size and color i.e if user clicks on a color and then checks in stock we should still have product displayed until size is included.
2. when we click on instock our dynamic recount should work properly for color i.e if the product with the color is in page the filter should remain.
3. we would also like to speed up the filter.

the color no longer disappear after following your instruction.

SCENERIO 1
if i choose color 0999 Black, Size 7.5 and instock the filter says the product is in stock ( this is not right ) .
SCENERIO 2
if i filter with just size 7.5 and Instock then it works well ( not in stock ) .
ISSUE
it seems that the instock filter only works with single terms.
WHAT WE WANT
- we want that when i click on color and size and the instock filter it should give the right result as it did in SCENERIO 2 above

but the filter takes over 15sec -1min to load when we click on in stock .
how can we speed this up ?
