I want the exchange rate to be fixed, not LIVE.
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Hello. I am currently using the plugin for dollar and Japanese yen payments. Recently the Japanese Yen rate has been so bad that my client would like to fix the exchange rate between Dollar and Yen.
Can the rate be fixed at any amount?

Or use this hook -"woocs_add_custom_rate"
An example:
