I have too many taxonomies. Any way to separate them?

when using the widget, under Taxonomies Options:

I use 11 Taxonomies and so it is a long list of items for user to browse through. I'd like to insert a heading or some sort of separator so that the list will appear in categories. Is there anyway to incorporate this feature into the plugin?
