I have purchased the WooCommerce Currency Switcher PRO (WOOCS PRO) plugin via Envato Market.

The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page please

Hello,

I have purchased the WooCommerce Currency Switcher PRO (WOOCS PRO) plugin via Envato Market.

My goal is to set up fixed prices per currency, as follows:
- Display fixed prices for each product based on currency (VND for Vietnam, JPY for Japan)
- Disable the currency switcher for users
- Prevent automatic currency conversion
- Ensure that each product displays the correct manually set price in its assigned currency

I’ve enabled:
- “Is multiple allowed?”
- “Individual fixed prices rules for each product”

However, in the product edit page, when I click the"Add" button under"The product fixed prices rules" section, nothing happens. The price input fields don’t appear and no action is triggered.

I also checked the browser console and there are JavaScript errors shown (screenshot attached).

Please help me fix this issue. Let me know if you need temporary access to the admin area to check the configuration.
