How to use ajax feature to update currency while page caching is ON

We are using the WProcket plugin for page cache -
We see there is an option to initiate ajax call to update currency in woocs plugin settings. Please see screenshot - https://snipboard.io/tJ4CEx.jpg
We have turned it ON.
But nothing happens.
We have enabled"Woocommerce geolocate".
We don't want to enable"woocommerce geolocate with page cache support" as it adds the temporary redirect!
Are we missing something?

We don't want to enable - OK! In this case, woocommerce will incorrectly determine the user's location. So it's a conflict between the caching plugin and woocommerce. And it doesn't depend on my plugin.
So you mean to say it is mandatory to enable"woocommerce geolocation with page cache support" so that it adds ?v=333e34 parameter in URL?
