How to sort taxonomies items

The filter on the leftside of the page, I want to list the CPUs at my wish. For example, I want to put"Core" before"Celeron", put"Core I3/I5/I7" before"3rd Gen. Ivy Bridge", put"8th Gen. Whiskey Lake" before"10th Gen. Comet Lake", what can I do please?

BTW, is it possible to toggle close the child/sub-child items of taxonomy checkbox in widget, please?
Now if I press"+", the complete hidden items are shown all at once. I prefer"+" on each child/sub-child title.
