I set up the free version, now paid for all the features. How do I update it to the paid version?
Also, your PluginUs.Net Support Team  just sent me here because they don't know how to help me and just said"there are no support workers here"...?
Quite strange no? It's a simple question.

With all due respect, it is strange because the emailer's name is"Support Team" and also the email address says"realhelp"!
Neither of which are true and it's making your business look bad.

"Uninstall free version of the plugin before installing premium version. All options are in the data base of the site – so all will be ok with there …"

I advise you add installation instructions in the codecanyon bundle. Will save you having to do this again.
