So apparently I do not have any option for location in WOOF Filter/Structure.

 

I added Custom Post Type UI but no clue how to use it. I didn't think, I don't understand why this feature is not in my option automatically.

Would you be kind and help me out how I can add location filter as well ?

Hello

Just create  a taxonomy  as "location" or  any  name (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpbr-xr5ppg&feature=emb_logo).  OR  create  attributes

my plugin does not create any filters. It uses data that already exists.  If your products do not have a"location" taxonomy, it will not appear in the filter. You should create it
