how to add filters above list ,and not on sidebar ?

i want to add filters to listing page above the list
i saw youtube example :

that show how to do it , but in my page i see the shortcode and not the filter when i show the page
i work in rehub theme ,
i put the search as html row in the wpbakery builer
also , i dont use categorys , i use custom taxonomies
how i can fix this ?

i see also that i cant save Shortcode ,
all the data that i change there is not upadted
fixed , i removed the plugin and install / activate , working greate !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok i have one problem , when i want to reset i get message :
This shortcode does not exists!
can you check it, can insure you that i ivented the wheel, but this is the requerment , i need your drop down filters with rehub shortcode
