I had this plugin installed and paid for, but the developer who installed it is no longer available, and so the license key is lost.
I have just purchased a second licence via the website with 1 year support for $47, and after payment, it offered a zip file for download.
Downloading this zip file, and checking all the read me and html pages, I cant find any mention of how to install it, and I cant find any mention or evidence of a licence key.
How do you install it (presumably overwriting an existing installation), and where can I get the licence key?
There appears to be multiple duplicate instances in the downloaded zip file.
codecanyon-6OMTZp29-woocommerce-currency-switcher.zip is the main file. This contains the following zips:
- woocommerce-currency-switcher.zip
- currency-switcher.zip
- several copies under archive. Presuably these are old versions.
Or is there a way to"reactivate" the existing install? There doesnt seem to be mention of the version in the downloaded zip file. My current installed version is 1.4.1.7. Presumably I should stick with this version to avoid breaking something. We are stuck on WP 6.4.1 and php 7.4

Hi, Sorry, I cant get it from this info. I cant find any record or mention of licence key. There is nothing mentioning licence key under the downloaded section. There is only a purchase code.
I dont understand how pasting a licence key into the purhcase site can"install" the licence key on my wordpress server? Surely I have to upload it to my server, or enter it via the Servers wordpress admin api?
We already did this process - we already licenced the paid version of plugin but it stopped working a few weeks ago saying its now the free version not the paid version. This is presumably because a developer updated our site.
It would help us if we could understand how the products licence system works, where we can find the key, and how the plugin knows if its licenced or not.

Hi, there is no licence key in downloadas. There is only a purchase code. Is the purchase code the licence key?
We need to understand why the paid for version reverted itself to the free version to avoid it happening again. Please can you help us understand where and how the licencing works, where we get the key from (As its not in the linked downloads, only the purchase code is there), and how we"put" the licence key if we can find it out into the installation?
Ive managed to install it, but now have another problem. This support site wont let me create a ticket for it though, so adding it here.
The currency conversions are randomly wildly inaccurate.

e.g. cow and gate follow on formula UGX price is 42000, USD price is $168011, GBP price is £168008 both of which are 16000 out. Sometimes when I refresh the page, the USD price is correct showing $11.02, sometimes is wildly out by thousands.
Unfortunately, this forum does not allow uploading of screen shots, but the we have 3 currencies defined in the fox v 2.4.1.7 settings: UGX, USD and GBP. USD and GBP. The options are all default, and the currency providers is http://www.finance.yahoo.com.
Ive tried hitting"update all rates", and see updated rate values. The rate values shown in the fox currency settings are correct, but whats shown our our site is random and crazy prices.
This used to work fine with the 1.x version of the plugin we had till today.
I tried deleting USD and GBP, and re-adding them via the"currency wizard" option instead of the"Append currency" option. No idea what the difference is beetween these two, but we were using the"append currency" till now. Unforunately, when I try to add GBP and USD via"append currency" they are greyed out, they cant be added.
I also tried adding DKK via the"currency wizard", waiting 10 minutes, hitting"update all rates" but there is no exchange rate for DKK, only for EUR. Same problem for NOK and SEK, looks like these 3 currencies are not supported.
