I bought the bulk editor plugin a few hours ago, but after trying it out I encountered errors when trying to replace a word in multiple titles. I tried it twice and both times I receive an error. I purchased a different plugin so I'd like a refund. How do I get this started?

I uninstalled the plugin. I don't want to have to install it again. What's your refund policy? Most software developers give a refund if the customer isn't satisfied.

OK! I'm sure you're not. But there are users who buy the plugin and immediately ask for the refund  to get the product for free.

By the way the plugin has a free version but you haven't used it.

I don't mind giving you the refund, but only if the problem is in my plugin.
