Hideing filter in a specific page

This is my block filter with 8 different filters, I like to hide filter #2 only after a customer clicks on filter #1 and leave all #3 block filters visible on one particular page that won't affect other pages, is this possible?

I will illustrate this with an example:
filter #1 is: Brand
filter #2 is: Series
filter #3 is: All other 6 different filters like: color, size, treatments and more...
It is very importent to me to hide filter #2 before customers selects a certain brand in filter #1 and keep visible all the rest Block filter #3 in a specific page like:

We are working with many brands and each brand has several series in the same dipartment like"beauty". We have other departments, for example: electronics, home and kitchen, health, and more.... If there is a solution for our needs, we can duplicate it for the other departments
We have no problem with a single brand page for example here:https://myshopshop.com/beauty-care-vendor/magiray-vendor/
In this case we don't need to hide filter #2 because the filter deals with one brand called magiray and his 12 series and no others brands series will confuse our clients

I read the technical material in your explanation and I realized that there is literally no limit to adjust the filter behavior and that makes me really happy. But it is difficult for me to apply it.

Of course I have to change the pa_size,by_instock>pa_color with my specific filter name, Am I correct?

My goal is:
1. when I select a filter: [yith_product_brand] (It is allways visible mode) Then [pa_series] filter will be visible. And if it doesn't selected will stay hidden.
2. All the rest filters in this specific Category page will be in an available state, visible to tapping all the time.
the rest filters is:[product_cat], [treatment_type], [skin_type], [pa_quantity], [product_tag], [by_price]
If you please style me the correct string, I will know how to cahnge it every other category page, The example you wrote me earlier refers to a brand page, were I do not have problem, I only have a problem on category pages.
Because on the category pages I have many brands and many series, As soon as I can associate each series only will be visible with its brand I have reached the goal.
