Hello

I just purchased the pro version and what I am trying to do is:

 

  1. I have two currencies: SEK and EUR. SEK is the default one.
  2. I need to setup two GeoIP profiles and add currency SEK to the profile for Sweden and EUR to the profile for other European countries.
  3. I have two price rules for two user roles in B2BKing: Regular prices and Dealers prices (which are different prices than the regular prices).
  4. FOX/WOOC needs to know and show the correct price based on the fact if the user is logged in or not (Logged in users see the Dealers user role prices, not logged in users see the regular prices).

 

The problem is: whenever I try to add the GeoIP profile for other European countries than Sweden to EUR, and then save the profile, it roles back to SEK for European countries. As a result, I cannot set a price based on the user role for EUR in the product page. What is that so? What is the problem?

Unfortunately I don't see your screenshots. Try using services to transfer images via link

Do you mean fixed prices?

All prices must be stored in the base currency only.

I did upload the purchase code.

I have 4 prices in the WooCommerce/B2BKing:

  • SEK regular price for visitors not logged in (this shows correct)
  • SEK dealer special price for visitors logged in (this shows correct)
  • EUR regular prices for visitors not logged in (this shows correct via WooC)
  • EUR dealer special price for visitors logged in (this does not show correct, I do not see any way in your Fox Wooc plugin to enter this)

The dealer prices are B2BKing"user role" prices and they are visible when the visitor is logged in. When I try to add user role based prices in a product via WooC, it only shows the field for SEK, and does not give me the chance to enter the user role price in EUR. I have both SEK and EUR in WooC of course. SEK will be seen only in Sweden and EUR in rest of the world.

Hello

Fixed prices based on user role only work for base currency. Unfortunately the plugin does not have any other features
