Hello,

 

I having an issue with the GeoIP on first visit. The store currency is: USD, I'm currently in Colombia, on first visit the price shown is correct it shows COP (Colombian Pesos) and the widget shows the right currency at first. Then it switches the widget to USD. That should not happen. We disabled the caching plugin, Redis and the CDN, the problem persists.

Hello Pablo,

 

Applied all recommendations, GeoIP does work. But it has a problem on first visit with the widget as you can see in the Loom video.

 

Price shown is correct and the widget also shows the right currency, but after the page finished loading. The widget switches to USD leaving the price in COP.

 

WP Login and FTP are in the private data just in case.

Remember the S in the username must be upper-case

It looks like the access has not changed and the error is the same - 530 Login authentication failed
