We are trying to get the GEOIP to work properly in our shop, but with no luck, it has an unpredicted behaviour most of the times.

For example entering from Switzerland, the currency select, selects CHF, but the prices are in Turkish Lira. (Example here https://venzo.care/shop/hair/hair-treatments/the-mossi-london-2-months-dermaroller-plus-hair-set/)

I have create a test page with shorcuts of [woocs_show_current_currency][woocs_geo_hello]  (https://venzo.care/geo-test/)

it reports a different story: It says both the country and the currency are CHF, but as you see in the above screenshot, this is not true

 

Sometimes the prices in the home page are in Euros, and a product detail page are in totally different currency.

We have WP Rocket as a cache plugin and cloudflare.

We have followed every details that can be found here Using Geolocation causes problems, doesn’t seem to work for me: WOOCS - WooCommerce Currency Switcher (currency-switcher.com)

Still we are getting inconsistencies throughout the store.

 

Our main config are as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

We switched from transient to Memcached in a hope that this would be fixed (we have Memcached service in our server)

I did a test  - https://c2n.me/4exrUNM - it looks like woocommerce is not correctly detecting the current location.

How can we get a refund ? - Unfortunately, if your site settings conflict with Woocommerce (location detection does not work), this is not our plugin's fault and is not a reason for the refund.

In your case, you should correct the incompatibility between WP Rocket/cloudflare and Woocommerce.

I'm sure if you turn off WP Rocket/cloudflare  - my plugin will work fine
